  • for direct deployment of results into industrial equipment, field deployments, industrial control environments, or remote devices without appropriate engineering review, laboratory testing, rollback planning, and safety controls;
  • for automated control of systems where an error, delay, false compatibility indication, incorrect firmware, or incorrect calculation may result in death, injury, environmental pollution, fire, explosion, property destruction, mass downtime, a threat to public safety, or serious economic damage, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement;
  • for the development, modification, optimization, operation, or facilitation of weapons, guidance systems, ammunition, unlawful surveillance systems, homemade dangerous devices, destructive tools, or other prohibited end uses;
  • for circumventing industry regulatory requirements, mandatory certification, laboratory verification, personnel qualification, functional safety requirements, cybersecurity certification, electromagnetic compatibility requirements, hazardous-environment requirements, or other mandatory approval regimes.

6.3. If you use platform results in an engineering or industrial environment, you must ensure human review, traceability, testing, qualification, rollback capability, and compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

7. Community, Communications, and Public Materials

7.1. If the platform includes comments, issue tracking, forums, community channels, internal messages, project sharing, or other user sections, you are prohibited from:

  • spamming, flooding, simulating mass support, artificially amplifying content, manipulating ratings, review systems, reputation metrics, badges, leaderboards, or other trust metrics;
  • publishing misleading case studies, fabricated performance tests, false certificates, fraudulent compatibility claims, or other misleading materials;
  • posting harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, doxing, stalking, intimidation, discriminatory behavior, or other abusive content;
  • impersonating a VOSCOM representative, partner, integrator, auditor, certification body, or any other person without authorization;
  • using community sections for sales, brokerage services, hiring fraud, payment diversion outside the platform, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized advertising.

8. Intellectual Property, Open Source, and Third-Party Content

8.1. You are prohibited from uploading or distributing through the platform any materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate the terms of applicable open-source licenses.

8.2. You are prohibited from:
